SHIPPING POLICY

At Melt Chocolate, we take great care to ensure your chocolates arrive fresh, intact, and on time. Because our products are temperature-sensitive, we use careful packaging and reliable shipping partners to deliver your order safely.
Processing Time
• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
• During high-volume periods such as holidays or special events, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.
• Orders placed after 12 PM PST will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Delivery
• We currently ship within the United States only.
• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days depending on destination.
• Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery.
• We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the perishable nature of our products.
Warm Weather Shipping
Chocolate can melt in warm climates. During warmer months, we use insulated packaging and cool packs to help protect your order. We highly recommend selecting Express Shipping if your local temperature exceeds 75°F (24°C).
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Damaged or Melted Items
If your package arrives damaged or melted, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@melt.choco.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will review and offer a replacement or partial refund as appropriate.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.
