All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

Pricing and Payments
• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• Applicable sales taxes will be calculated at checkout.

Cancellations
Because our products are perishable, orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun. Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you need to make changes.

Returns and Refunds
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on chocolate or food items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact info@melt.choco.com within 48 hours of delivery.
